Trash bin cleaning in Pembroke Pines
The BinFather cleans trash bins all over Pembroke Pines — Chapel Trail, Pembroke Falls, Silver Lakes, Towngate and the communities at the edge of the Everglades. It is $30 per cleaning for 2 bins on a monthly schedule, or $65 for a one-time clean, booked online. We come on your collection day, after the truck has been by, and nobody has to be home.

On the ground in Pembroke Pines
Why do bins backing onto the Pembroke Pines conservation area attract wildlife?
Pembroke Pines covers a lot of ground and a lot of housing types. The eastern end near Hollywood Boulevard is older and denser, with small lots and shared driveways. The middle of the city is 1980s and 1990s suburban — Towngate, Silver Lakes, Grand Palms — and the far west, out around Chapel Trail and Pembroke Falls, is newer master-planned housing built right up against the conservation areas.
That western edge is where wildlife pressure is real. Backing onto wetlands and canal systems means raccoons, opossums and the occasional less welcome visitor treat an unsecured, food-smelling cart as a reliable food source. The pattern is predictable: knocked-over bin, spread debris, and a repeat visit the following week. Removing the smell removes most of the reason they come.
Pembroke Pines also has a very large retirement community population, including Century Village. For residents there, wrestling a heavy cart around for a scrub is not a realistic weekend project, and shared cart banks mean no individual resident is responsible for one anyway. Recurring service handled at the curb, with nobody needing to be home, is the practical answer.

Pembroke Pines questions
Asked and answered
How much does trash can cleaning cost in Pembroke Pines?
On the monthly plan it is $30 a visit, and that covers 2 carts — in Pembroke Pines usually the garbage cart and the recycling cart. A single clean with no plan is $65. A third cart adds $10. Chapel Trail, Silver Lakes or the older streets off Hollywood Boulevard: the price is the same, and you book it online.
Raccoons keep getting into our bin out by Chapel Trail. Will this stop it?
It removes the reason they keep coming back. Animals find carts by smell, and a bin with no food residue baked into it is far less rewarding to work at. Pair it with a latching lid and the problem usually stops.
Do you serve Century Village and similar communities?
Yes. We handle shared cart banks and can bill the association rather than individual residents. Use the commercial quote form on our website to get a quote.
How long does a cleaning take?
A few minutes per cart. You will not need to be home, and the cart is left clean, treated and ready to use immediately.
