Trash bin cleaning in West Palm Beach
The BinFather provides trash can cleaning in West Palm Beach — El Cid, Flamingo Park, Northwood, Grandview Heights, SoSo and the western suburbs. A monthly cleaning is $30 with 2 bins included, or $65 for a one-time clean, and we come on collection day, after pickup. Historic neighborhoods, a dense downtown and a wide western belt: we wash, sanitize and deodorize across all of it.

On the ground in West Palm Beach
Why are West Palm Beach's alley-kept historic-district bins the most neglected?
West Palm Beach's historic districts — El Cid, Flamingo Park, Northwood — hold housing from the 1920s and 1930s on small lots with rear alleys, and in many of them the trash cart lives in an alley or a narrow side passage that gets no direct sun at all. Those are among the most neglected bins in the county simply because they are out of sight; nobody looks at them until the smell reaches the house.
Downtown and along the Clematis and Rosemary corridors, density brings restaurants, bars and mixed-use buildings with shared waste enclosures. Those are commercial-grade problems — high organic volume, continuous use, and immediate proximity to residential units above and beside them.
West of I-95 the city opens into large suburban tracts and managed communities out toward Okeechobee Boulevard and beyond. Carts there sit on driveways in full sun, which raises interior temperatures sharply in summer and accelerates both odor and larvae development. Different geography, same underlying cause: organic residue that a hose cannot remove and heat that makes the most of it.

West Palm Beach questions
Asked and answered
How much does trash can cleaning cost in West Palm Beach?
$30 a cleaning if we come every month, or $65 for a one-time clean. Both prices include 2 bins, so the garbage and recycling carts are cleaned together; any extra bin is $10. It is the same from El Cid and Northwood to the communities west of I-95, and booking is online.
My bin is kept in a rear alley. Can you service it there?
We work at the curb or wherever the cart is presented for collection. If your collection point is the alley, that is where we clean it — tell us when you book so the route is right.
Do you do commercial work downtown?
Yes — restaurant dumpsters, waste enclosures and chute rooms, scheduled outside business hours. Request commercial pricing through the quote form on our website.
Where does the wastewater go?
The dirty water goes into a collection tank on our truck or trailer — nothing is left on your property. We bring our own water and tidy the area before we leave.
