Trash bin cleaning in Margate
The BinFather cleans trash bins in Margate, from Oriole Estates and Holiday Springs to Paradise Gardens and Coral Gate. It is $30 a cleaning for 2 bins on a monthly plan, or $65 for a one-time deep clean. Margate's housing runs older than its neighbors', and so do a lot of its carts — heated water at high pressure takes off what a hose never has.

On the ground in Margate
Why do Margate's older lots put the bin within smelling distance of the house?
Margate developed earlier than Coral Springs and Parkland to its north, and much of its housing dates to the 1960s and 1970s — compact single-family homes in neighborhoods like Oriole Estates and Paradise Gardens, alongside a substantial number of condominium and active-adult communities such as Holiday Springs. Older housing means smaller lots, closer neighbors, and carts stored in tight side yards rather than spacious garages.
The practical consequence is proximity. In much of Margate the trash cart is within a few steps of a window, a patio or a neighbor's fence line, so a bin that has gone sour is not something you can ignore until the weekend. It is also why summer is when the phone rings here — the smell that was tolerable in February becomes intolerable in July.
The condominium communities present the shared-cart version of the same problem: banks of carts serving many units, filling continuously, and belonging to no one in particular. Those respond well to a standing schedule handled at association level, which spreads the cost across units and keeps the corral from becoming the building's pest problem.

Margate questions
Asked and answered
My bin is old and stained. Can it actually come clean?
Most of what looks like permanent staining is bonded organic residue, and heated water at pressure removes it. Genuine dye staining in the plastic will not come out, but the smell and the bacteria will — that is what actually matters.
Do you serve Margate condominium communities?
Yes. Shared cart banks and corrals are a large part of our work here, billed to the association. Ask for a free site walk through the commercial quote form on our website.
What months are busiest?
May through October. Heat and humidity accelerate everything, and that is when most people first notice the problem. Booking a recurring slot before summer is the easier route.
