Trash bin cleaning with The BinFather costs $15 to $32.50 a bin per cleaning across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, with a 2-bin minimum — $30 to $65 a visit for your trash and recycling carts. How much is trash bin cleaning per bin?
$15 a bin on the monthly plan, with a 2-bin minimum — $30 a visit for your trash and recycling carts. Each additional bin is just $10, so the price per bin goes down as you add bins: 3 bins are $40 a visit — $13.33 a bin; 4 bins are $50 a visit — $12.50 a bin. Every 3 months is $25 a bin, and a one-time clean $32.50 a bin, both at the 2-bin minimum.
Does the price cover both my trash and recycling bins?
Yes. Every price covers 2 bins per visit, usually the garbage cart and the recycling cart. On the monthly plan that is $15 a bin, and a third bin is $10 more per cleaning.
Do you use hot water, and where does the dirty water go?
Yes. We wash with heated water at high pressure, from our own tank, so we never need your hose or power. The dirty water goes into a collection tank on our truck or trailer — nothing is left on your property.
Do you clean the lid, the rim and the outside of the bin?
Yes. Every cleaning covers the interior walls, the base, the lid, the rim and the outside of the cart, then a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment goes in behind the wash.
Which day do you come?
On your collection day itself, once the garbage truck has emptied the cart, not the day after. Nobody needs to be home: leave the cart at the curb and we leave it clean where it stood.
How many bins does the price cover?
Two. Every price on this page covers 2 bins per visit, and each additional bin is $10 per cleaning. A three-bin household on the monthly plan pays $40 a visit, not $30.
Why does a one-time cleaning cost more than a monthly one?
Because a bin cleaned every month never builds up, so the visit is quick. A bin left for months has a bonded layer that takes heat, time and more treatment to remove. You are paying for the work in front of us, not for the calendar.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring service runs until you tell us to stop. Pause it for a trip, switch how often we come, or cancel outright — there is no fee for any of it, and no minimum number of visits.
Do I pay anything up front?
Not unless you want to. The monthly plan can be paid month by month — $30 a month for 2 bins, 12 payments — or the whole year up front for $324, 10% off. Every 3 months is $50 a visit, paid as each visit comes, or $190 for the year up front, 5% off. A one-time clean is paid once. There is no startup fee and no deposit.
What does the monthly plan include?
It is a one-year plan of 12 monthly cleanings for 2 bins, at $30 a visit, and the best value we offer. Pay it month by month — $30 a month — or pay the year up front: $324 instead of $360, 10% off. A single one-time clean for 2 bins is $65, so twelve one-off cleans would be $780. Additional bins are $10 per cleaning.
Do I get a discount for paying the year up front?
Yes. On the monthly plan it is 10% off: month by month the plan is $30 a month for 2 bins ($360 over the year); paid up front the year is $324. With a third bin it is $40 a month, or $432 for the year up front. Every 3 months it is 5% off: $190 for the year's four cleanings instead of $200.
How much is commercial or dumpster cleaning?
Commercial dumpster cleaning starts at $99 for a single container, and the price changes with how many there are, their size and how often they need cleaning, because a restaurant with one dumpster and a hundred-unit association with six cart banks are not the same job.
