Restaurants, HOAs and multi-family properties get a free site visit and a written price, because container size and count vary too much for a list. Nothing is owed if you pass on it.

The fine print, unfined
How many bins does the price cover?
Two. Every price on this page covers 2 bins per visit, and each additional bin is $15 per cleaning. A three-bin household on the monthly plan pays $40 a visit, not $25.
Why does a yearly cleaning cost more than a monthly one?
Because a bin cleaned every month never builds up, so the visit is quick. A bin left twelve months has a bonded layer that takes heat, time and more treatment to remove. You are paying for the work in front of us, not for the calendar.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring service runs until you tell us to stop. Pause it for a trip, switch how often we come, or cancel outright — there is no fee for any of it, and no minimum number of visits.
Do I pay anything up front?
There is no startup fee and nothing extra on top of the plan price. You book online, we confirm the day by phone, and the plan is paid in full before the first cleaning — that payment is the whole cost, not a deposit against a larger one.
What does the prepaid year include?
It is the best value we offer. $300 covers 12 monthly cleanings for 2 bins, which works out at $25 a visit — against $60 for 2 bins on a single one-time clean. Twelve one-off cleans would be $720. Additional bins are still $15 per cleaning.
How much is commercial or dumpster cleaning?
Commercial work is quoted after a free site visit rather than off a list, because container size and count vary enormously. A restaurant with one dumpster and a hundred-unit association with six cart banks are not the same job.
