What we collect
When you submit the booking form we collect your name, phone number, service address, city, number of carts, chosen frequency and any notes you add. We collect this so we can quote and schedule your service — nothing else.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, confirm pricing, schedule service and send reminders about upcoming cleanings. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may send service-related text messages — a reminder the day before a cleaning, and confirmation once it is done. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.
This website
This site is served as static files and sets no advertising cookies. Since 22 August 2026 it uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages people arrive on, and record when someone taps the phone number or sends a form — so we know which of our service areas the site is actually reaching. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP address. We do not sell this data, we do not run advertising trackers, and nothing here is used to identify you personally. You can opt out for every site you visit with Google’s browser add-on, or by using your browser’s private mode.
