Trash bin cleaning in Miami
The BinFather cleans trash bins in the City of Miami — Coconut Grove, Little Havana, Shenandoah, The Roads, Allapattah and the Upper East Side — plus the trash rooms and dumpsters of Brickell and Edgewater condo towers. Curbside service is $30 a cleaning with 2 bins included on the monthly plan, or $65 once. We come on your collection day, after the truck, and booking is online.

On the ground in Miami
Why does a Miami bin under the Coconut Grove canopy smell worse than one in Little Havana's sun?
Miami is really several cities sharing one name, and the bin problem changes with each of them. In Coconut Grove the houses sit under a heavy tree canopy, on lots where the cart lives in a side yard that sees almost no direct sun. Nothing dries there. A film of residue stays damp from one pickup to the next, and in a wet summer that is where mould and the sour, earthy smell take hold.
Little Havana, Shenandoah and Allapattah are the opposite: older bungalows, duplexes and small apartment buildings on tight lots, carts out on the swale in full sun, and often three or four households feeding one set of carts. Those bins fill fast, cook in the heat, and draw flies long before collection day. They are the carts that most reward a monthly schedule rather than a one-time clean.
Along the bay, in The Roads, Morningside and the Upper East Side, salt air adds a sticky grime to lids and hinges that a garden hose only moves around. And in Brickell and Edgewater the bins are not at the curb at all: they are the carts and dumpsters in a tower's trash room, filled down a chute around the clock. That is a building job, cleaned after the hauler has been, outside resident hours.
Collection days in Miami are set by area, so we never guess yours. Check the city's schedule for your address, tell us the day when you book, and the visit is set for that day.

Miami questions
Asked and answered
Do you clean trash rooms in Brickell and Edgewater condo towers?
Yes. We wash the carts, the floor around them and the area under the chute, plus any dumpsters at the loading dock, right after the hauler empties them. Buildings are priced by quote — request one through the commercial quote form.
Several families share our carts in Little Havana. How is that priced?
By the cart, not the household. 2 carts are included in every plan and each extra cart is $10, so a shared set split between neighbours is usually the cheapest way to do it. The booking form prices the whole set as you choose.
Our cart is behind a gate in Coconut Grove. Can you still reach it?
Yes. Add the gate code or where the cart is kept to the notes when you book online, and it stays on your account for every visit. Nobody needs to be home.
