Trash bin cleaning in Parkland
The BinFather cleans trash bins across Parkland, including Heron Bay, Parkland Golf & Country Club, Cypress Head and Terramar. On the monthly plan a cleaning is $30 for 2 bins; a single clean is $65. Parkland's large lots, equestrian properties and strict community standards make it a particular city, so gate instructions go in the notes when you book online.

On the ground in Parkland
Why do Parkland acreage and equestrian properties need a different schedule?
Parkland was zoned deliberately for low density and large lots, and it has held that line — no traffic lights on many corridors for years, a rural aesthetic maintained on purpose, and a significant number of equestrian and acreage properties alongside the gated communities. Heron Bay, Parkland Golf & Country Club, Cypress Head, Terramar and the surrounding ranch properties all carry community standards that extend to how and when carts are visible.
On acreage and equestrian properties, the waste profile is heavier: animal bedding, feed waste and substantial yard debris. That decomposes faster than household kitchen waste and needs a shorter cleaning interval, particularly through summer. In the gated communities the housing is newer and the carts are typically garage-stored, which converts a visual problem into a contained-odor one.
Parkland's northern and western edges border conservation land and the water management district's canals. Wildlife pressure on food-smelling carts is real here, and so is the obligation not to discharge wash water into a drainage system that runs directly into protected areas.

Parkland questions
Asked and answered
Do you service the gated communities in Parkland?
Yes — Heron Bay, Parkland Golf & Country Club and the rest. Put the gate instructions in the notes when you book online and they go on the account.
We have an equestrian property. Does that need different service?
Mainly a monthly clean rather than every 3 months. Animal bedding and feed waste break down faster than kitchen scraps and draw flies within a day in summer — if the warm months look like they need more, say so when you book and we will call you.
Do you clean bins for the whole community if the HOA arranges it?
We do. Community-wide scheduling is cheaper per household than individual service, and we can present numbers to the board.
