Route technician
It is outdoor work in Florida
You are on a route all day, in the heat, around garbage. The truck is loud and the job is physical. Anyone who tells you otherwise is recruiting, not explaining.
The route is yours
You get a set of streets and a schedule, and you run them. Nobody watches over your shoulder, and finishing well matters more than finishing at a particular hour.
Equipment is ours
Truck, heated pressure system, water, treatment, uniform. You bring a licence and a willingness to work.
No experience required
Route or pressure-washing experience helps. Showing up on time, every time, matters considerably more, and that part we cannot teach.
What we ask for
- Valid Florida driver's licence and a clean record
- Able to lift and manoeuvre a full curbside cart
- Reliable — the route runs whether or not you feel like it
- Comfortable talking to customers at the curb
Pay depends on the route and your experience, and we discuss it on the first call rather than posting a range we might not hold to.
