Can you work discreetly and around household staff?

Our bins are in a closed enclosure. Is that the problem?
It is usually the whole problem. Enclosed storage stops the interior drying between collections and traps the odor in a space you walk through. Cleaning and treating the cart resolves it; we can wash down the enclosure floor at the same time.
Where does the wash water go?
Into a tank on the truck and off the property. Golden Beach drains directly toward the ocean and the Intracoastal, so nothing is rinsed onto a driveway or into a storm drain.
