Trash bin cleaning in Miami-Dade County

Our Miami-Dade route covers 11 cities. On the coast it runs from Golden Beach through Sunny Isles Beach and Aventura down to Miami Beach; inland it takes in North Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Doral and the City of Miami itself, from Coconut Grove to the Upper East Side. If your address is somewhere else in the county, email it to us — the route grows street by street.

The housing changes a lot across those cities. Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Brickell and Edgewater are mostly condo towers, where the bins are the building's carts and dumpsters in an enclosed trash room, filled day and night down a chute. Golden Beach is a small town of single-family homes between the ocean and the Intracoastal. Doral is largely planned communities — gated townhouse rows and HOA streets. Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, North Miami and Little Havana are mostly houses, townhouses and low-rise apartments, with carts at the curb.

So there are two different jobs here. For a house, it is the carts after collection, washed at the curb with heated water. For a condo tower or an HOA, it is the trash room, the carts and the dumpsters, cleaned right after the hauler empties them and priced by quote. Both are the same crew and the same truck or trailer.
