Trash bin cleaning in Greenacres
The BinFather cleans trash bins in Greenacres — the Original Section, River Bridge, Country Manors and Palm Beach Colony. It is $30 a cleaning for 2 bins on a monthly plan, or $65 for a one-time clean, and shared carts are priced by the cart. Greenacres is dense central Palm Beach County housing, so we clean on a schedule and leave the area tidy.

On the ground in Greenacres
Why do Greenacres' shared townhouse carts decay differently to private ones?
Greenacres sits in the middle of the county's residential belt and has a housing mix that leans heavily toward townhouses, villa communities and multi-family buildings alongside conventional single-family neighborhoods. That means a high proportion of shared carts — containers serving several households, filling continuously, and belonging to an association rather than to any one resident.
Shared carts follow a different decay curve than private ones. They never sit empty, so there is no dry interval, and residue accumulates without interruption from week to week. They are also the containers most likely to be the actual source of an insect problem that residents attribute to the building or to a neighbor.
Greenacres households also tend toward larger families in smaller homes, which raises the organic load per cart. Combined with full Florida sun on driveway-parked bins, that produces the classic summer profile: an obvious smell by May and visible larvae by July. Monthly service through the warm months is what most residents here settle on.

Greenacres questions
Asked and answered
Our townhouse community shares carts. How does pricing work?
We price per cart, so shared containers are usually the cheapest option per household. Associations here typically put the whole set on one recurring schedule. The commercial quote form on our website gets you a per-cart number.
Can neighbors split a service?
Yes, and plenty do. We clean whatever carts are at the curb — how the cost is split between households is up to you.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within the week, scheduled on your collection day, after pickup, so the cart is empty when we arrive.
